What a fun mini session this was! Mom contacted me for a photo session and said that she just wanted some pictures of her kids playing in their backyard together, and that’s exactly what she got! I showed up with my camera and bubble machine and let the kiddies do the rest! Jackson showed me how high he could climb while Grace had the best time ever on the swings. Even Jackson got in on the fun and gave little sis a few pushes. Can you tell that she loved it?! And will someone please submit these adorable faces to a Cute Kid Contest?! They would win, hands down! Those bright blue eyes, long eyelashes and priceless smiles just melt me! I absolutely love sessions like this – super calm, casual, and capturing kids doing what they do best.
I’ve been so excited about this session ever since Triffany sent me Madeline’s newborn pictures from the hospital! A new DNP family member! I’ve had the pleasure of shooting sessions for this family ever since I moved to Tampa. I’ve witnessed little Ben grow up from a toddler to a little man and now he’s a big brother! And look at little sis in her red dress and matching bow. She is just too adorable for words. We had such a great session at Lake Park, which is really a gem here in Lutz. The light is glorious, there’s a playground for the kids to play at after the session and best of all, no photographers to battle it out with for spots! Don’t go and get any bight ideas, Tampa photogs!
Enjoy your very first pictures as a family of four, B Family. I know I will see you all again soon!
Sara is turning 2 and we just had to commemorate the occasion with a mini session in beautiful Carrollwood Village in Tampa. Sara (or “Baby Sara” as my girls call her) also happens to be my next door neighbor and we have known her since she was born! In true toddler fashion, Miss Sara was on the move and was more interested in running around then posing for a few shots with mommy and daddy. But she did stop for a split second and look directly at my lens, which resulted in a beautiful 2 year old portrait. We ended our session with some playful bubble shots while in her mermaid dress. How adorable is it?! Happy Birthday Sara! It has been a pleasure seeing you grow up before my eyes!
This couple is so ready to meet their little daughter. Their love truly shined during their session, as you can tell by their images! We met at Philippe Park, which has become quite the hotspot for photographers! But that didn’t deter us from getting some amazing shots! When we walked down to the water, Stefani changed into the most amazing maternity dress ever! I think my jaw literally dropped when she pulled it out. Why didn’t they make maternity dresses like this when I was pregnant?! Even I they did, I wouldn’t have looked as gorgeous as Stefani did. She totally rocked it! Enjoy these pictures Stefani and Dallas; I can’t wait to meet your little one in a few short weeks!
The R Family at Redington Beach
What a fun group to shoot at the beach! This extended family truly enjoys each others company and it’s so evident in their pictures! This session was actually gifted to grandma for Christmas. Obviously I’m biased but I think a photo session is one of the best gifts you can give. What better way to say “I love you” than to give the gift of beautiful memories, especially when those memories are made on a beautiful beach at sunset with your family. And I must also give kudos to the color scheme they chose. Coral and blues look so amazing for beach portraits. Future clients take note of that! We ended our session with a series of silhouettes and it has to be said that I love little Bradley’s silhouette the most! How cute is he with his little sailboat?! LOVE! I truly enjoyed your company, R family!
Hooray for my first beach session of 2017! I don’t think it could have gone any better! We met at Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs and embraced the chaos of running after 3 kids under age 9! That’s pretty much the story of my life though being that I have 3 girls who are 6 and under. 🙂
What a gorgeous evening it was. The temperature dropped a bit this week and it must have been in the low 70’s, which is chilly by Floridian standards. Can we say #FloridaWinter?! Haha! The kids had so much fun running up and down the shoreline, chasing the seagulls, and we even had the pleasure of meeting a huge snake that someone was holding! Well, it wasn’t a pleasure for me, but it was fun to watch it from a safe distance 😉 Anyway, we were blessed with an amazing sunset just for our session. This family was so much fun to work with and we really just had the best time and enjoyed the beach together. I hope you treasure these images, S Family! Hope to see you all again soon!
