The B Family Session at Whisperwind Farm in Odessa

This is one of those sessions that I will never forget! Why, you ask? Because this was my first time shooting in a horse ranch! I’ve always loved horses, but it has been far too long since I’ve actually stood next to one and pet its forehead. I really forgot just how majestic they are! Well lucky me, my wonderful clients friend owns Whisperwind Farms in Odessa and we were given VIP access to shoot there. Her kids take riding lessons, so this was a perfect location for their family session. Not only did we shoot alongside gorgeous horses, we also walked around this serene ranch and found some really unique spots! And Bella Pickles, the family’s beloved Boxer, probably had the most fun sniffing out all the unfamiliar horse smells!  Of course I left there now needing to get my girls riding lessons.  Thanks Kristin for introducing me to the equestrian world, I’m sure my wallet will love it!  hehe
