And the award for the most rainbows in one session goes to this family!  Seriously though, one rainbow is hard enough to come by in that one hour that we’re together, but two?!  Never!  Well that all ended tonight.  I’m pretty sure that I’ll never start AND end a session with a rainbow again, so I’ll always have these to look back on.

It POURED all day.  So badly that my front driveway could have been transferred into a water slide.  I could have boogie boarded down my street.  Luckily this family was staying directly on Treasure Island and could tell me the weather conditions there.  She said it was dry so I took my chances and drove the 40 minutes to get there.  It rained for 35 of them.  I for sure thought she had to be lying to me!  But the photography gods were with us and the clouds parted just as I parked at their condo. Not only did the clouds part, but a rainbow appeared and I made them run for it.  Because rainbows disappear quickly, right? Not this one!  It stuck around for so long!  Not only that but when it finally disappeared another one showed up to take it’s place!  I could not believe it!

This sweet family deserved it though.  They were so kind and down to earth.  We may have even enjoyed a glass of wine after our magical session was over.  How do I get so lucky with my clients?  So if you want a session of your own – you need to be really fun, genuine and relaxed.  Do you meet these requirements?  If so, we’ll get along just fine. 🙂
