I have been excited for this family session at the beach ever since it was booked a couple of months ago!  This beautiful came to me all the way from Kansas to have their first experience at the beach captured.  For these little girls, it was their first experience at the beach!  Sometimes this is so hard for me to believe, being that Florida beaches have been my second home for my entire life.  And of course, I’m a beach photographer so I’m here all the time! When we arrived and stepped out of the car, we were greeted by a blast of wind!  Honestly, it was the windiest beach day I’ve ever encountered!  But being from Kansas, they’re used to a little wind, right?! (Obligatory Wizard of Oz comment!)

Well I was determined to make the wind work in our favor and that we did!  We sang Moana songs and the girls had fun dipping their toes (ok, their whole bodies!) in the ocean and loved having the waves wash over them.  But the end of our session, the girls were drenched from head to toe!  That didn’t stop us from getting one last sunset image though and it was a gorgeous one!  T Family, I know it was super windy, but I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your first experience at the beach!
