Little boys, rolled up jeans, and toy trucks and bulldozers were all present at this beach session!  When mom and I were chatting before our session, she let me know that her oldest son could be very wild and crazy and most likely wouldn’t smile for the camera, let alone look my way.  I came prepared with bubbles and she came prepared with bulldozers!  Before each session, I usually make a list of shots that I’d like to capture and for this particular session it was my goal to get at least one image of everyone looking AND smiling.  I call it the image to frame and put on the mantle.

Once we got started at the pier, little man was more interested in throwing sand than anything else, so I just went with it!  We had some fun throwing sand into the ocean and he was able to warm up to me.  Then BINGO!  We got the shot!  Not only did we get the mantle shot, we captured so many more great candid shots! I strive to do this for all of my clients, so this made my heart happy.  And we need to also take a second to praise baby E!  He might be the smiliest baby I have ever worked with!  I didn’t even have to pull out one trick to get him to smile.  And is it not the most adorable little smile you’ve ever seen with that little tooth sticking out of his wide gums?!  Ah!

I hope to see you all again soon!  It was so fun working with you all!
