Megan – Class of 2024

Well my friends, today I got to wear a hat (or should I say cap?) that I wish I wore more often: Tampa Senior Photographer!  I truly have a love for capturing seniors at this special time in their life, but don’t get to capture them often enough.  (Hint, hint, spread the word!) I know Megan’s mom here through my daughters school. She’s taught all three of my girlies and now it was time for me to return the favor to her girlie.

Megan is graduating from Steinbrenner High School and will be entering Florida State University in the Fall.  I am a little biased (ok, a lot) because I am a Florida State Seminole graduate as well.  Go Noles!  She wanted to commemorate her last year here in Tampa with some senior photos.  Now here is my public service announcement : hire a professional photographer to take your senior photos!!  Whether it’s me or someone else, this is no different from when you hired professional to capture those sweet first moments as a squishy newborn or the family sessions you’ve shot over the years.  Plus, you get to enjoy some last moments with your big kid as you shop for outfits. Bonus, you will be there so you may as well jump in a few photos yourself like Megan’s mom! It’s a win, win.

So if you know of any moms of seniors (or upcoming seniors) in the Tampa, Clearwater, or St. Pete area….I’d love to capture this fleeting moment in their lives before they’re all grown up and living away from home, surviving on ramen noodles and coffee (I kid, I kid…)

Megan, congratulations!  I am so happy for you and excited for your next chapter. Go NOLES!
