I am so happy to be back in action!  I’m able to see all of my favorite people at my favorite place!  Yes of course I’m talking about the beach.  Honeymoon Island has been my go-to for beach sessions lately.  The crowds are light, parking is plentiful and easy, and the sunsets are (usually) amazing.  Tonight it was a bit overcast, but I love clouds just as much…especially when they look like cotton candy at the end of the night.

Tonights sessions was double the fun.  We killed two birds with one stone.  (Now that I think about that expression, it’s really morbid, isn’t it?)  Not only were we able to do a family session and get some beautiful Florida beach images for Christmas cards, but we also celebrated Carolines first birthday with a coconut cake!  Yes, I said a coconut cake.  Definitely a first for me too!  Can you believe that Publix was actually out of white cakes this day?  So the next best thing was a coconut cake.  I don’t think little Caroline minded though.  Check out the images of her digging right in!  It’s safe to say she loved it 🙂

And I loved spending time with one of my favorite families.  Can’t wait to see all of my returning clients this Fall!  It’s been such a crazy year and I’m excited to see how the kiddies have grown!  Let the beach sessions begin!!!
