The S Family

This place never fails me.  I have seen the most beautiful sunsets at Honeymoon Island in Dunedin.  Not only did it deliver an amazing sunset and a swarm of curious seagulls, but it also happened to be a full moon that night and it was HUGE!  So of course I stayed well after sunset to capture as much as I could for this sweet family.

I love sessions like this when the parents are just happy to be there and aren’t searching for “the perfect” image.  This relaxed attitude allows the kids to be themselves and for me to be able to capture each of their personalities, both together and individually. The candid images always end up being my favorite! And this was third year I have had the privilege to photograph this amazing family!  I love seeing them grow each and every year.  Their oldest is going into sixth grade and she’s now as tall as I am!  I literally had to stand on my tippy toes for her.
